All domain sales are finalized exclusively through secure third-party escrow services (such as Escrow.com, Dan, or GoDaddy) to ensure the 100% safety of both the buyer and the seller. Once payment is secured, the domain transfer process will be initiated immediately.

2. Pricing and Offers

Prices listed on this website form an invitation to treat and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to accept, negotiate, or reject any offers made on domains listed with a "Make Offer" status.

3. Intellectual Property

Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence to ensure that their anticipated use of a purchased domain name does not infringe upon any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights in their respective jurisdictions.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of domain name transfers, all domain purchases are strictly non-refundable once the transfer of the domain into the buyer's registrar account has been successfully completed.
